Trading Space
Each trading space booking includes one 6ft x 2ft front trestle table, providing a solid and professional trading space within the event hall. Based on the venue we offer wall and island table positions only, allowing for clear layouts and strong customer flow throughout the hall.
For traders who need additional depth or display space, backing tables are available. These are the same size as the front table and sit directly behind it, giving you extra room for stock and displays. Backing tables are limited per event and must be booked in advance. Traders are not permitted to bring their own backing tables. One chair is provided per trading space.
Booking Process
We want to enable you to book into as many shows as you can, therefore only charging a deposit to reserve your space. However, to ensure fairness and clarity for all traders, bookings are only confirmed once the completion payment has been made via our booking store and both required parts of the booking (deposit and completion) have been completed, covering the total balance in full.
